This is Matt. He's one of the best people I know. We got Indian food together and got fortune cookies (?) and this was one of our fortunes. I had to take a photo of him holding it because now it will remind me of good times spent with an awesome dude. Love you, buddy <3

celebration

Yesterday I attended my first celebration of life memorial. My friend Kyle's dad passed away and it was his wish to not have a typical funeral, but a celebration of life. It was quite something. Everyone wore hawaiian shirts and he even planned out what he wanted everyone to eat. There were a few tears, but more happy stories and hugs. It was great. Glad that we could all share this together.
